Cari S. Baum practiced for over 16 years in California as a trial lawyer and handled a wide variety of litigated matters. She practiced with both the plaintiff and defense bar. Her practice included employment, real estate, construction, unfair competition, products liability, personal injury, fraud, professional liability and business and commercial disputes.

During her practice Cari searched for a better way to resolve disputes for her clients and discovered Mediation. Cari determined that Mediation provided the parties with the fastest and most cost effective path to a win-win resolution and focused her efforts on her mediation practice.

Ms. Baum received extensive training in Mediation at the prestigious Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law where she obtained her Master of Laws in Dispute Resolution. In connection with her studies, Ms. Baum was trained by some of this country’s most esteemed and experienced mediators in both the classroom and during real mediations. Cari is a skilled experienced mediator.
